Currently MyBrnadz can offer prizes for winners only with respect to the following companies/brands: Google, Matel (Barbie), Microsoft, Nintendo, Playboy, Starbucks, Volkswagen, Apple, Coca Cola, Disney.
The first user who receives 50 ♥ heart points in a specific brand community, which is included in the contest, will win one share of this specific brand as the prize, and become a shareholder of that specific brand.
Users can upload their original content onto the Mybrandz.com brands community pages according to the Terms of Use of the MyBrandz.com Site. To view the Terms of Use, please visit the following page: http://www.mybrandz.com/termsofuse. Each contest (for each brand) will stop when a user receives 50♥ hearts for that specific brand, has passed MyBrandz checks and is announced on the MyBrandz web site as a winner by Mybrandz. Please take careful note: while you may participate in the contest in several brand communities on MyBrandz.com you can only win ONCE! This means that once you are declared a winner in one brand community you may not be declared the winner in another and eligibility for the prize will go to the next eligible participant inline.
Any Brand Community that takes part at the activity has its own separate contest.
In order to receive ♥ heart points, the user needs to create content relating to the brand(s) s/he chose to compete in. The other community friends will decide if they want to give a ♥ heart for this content.
In order to be eligible to win the content rated must be content which was uploaded to the MyBrandz web site.
The contests will begin with 10 brands as listed above and every once in a while MyBrandz may add more brands, at Mybrandz's sole discretion.
Mybrandz may decide to stop the contest for significant attempts to tamper with the contest and/or the site, inability to provide the service due to third parties or any other reason preventing Mybrandz from reasonably conducting the contest according to the rules and its intended purpose.
By participating in the contest and by submitting content to the MyBrandz.com website or by awarding hearts you ascent to, agree acknowledge and confirm that you are bound by the rules and terms herein.

Please note: in some jurisdiction participation in this contest may not be permitted under certain circumstances or rules. Therefore this contest is void where prohibited.
All those who in their own free will visit the internet site http://www.mybrandz.com, during the stated period, will have the opportunity to register their personal details and take part in the contest; and
Any person may participate only once (user duplication is forbidden), and must provide Mybrandz with at least the following details in order to take part in the contest: full name, picture, country, genuine e-mail address and age (all of these will be provided in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Web site which may be viewed here www.mybrandz.com/termsofuse; and
You may not participate if you cannot enter into a binding legal agreement on your own. That is, you must be of legal age, and if under age, you must get your parents written approval [and must be of sound mind]; and
Participants can register only once and any duplicate registrations/entries will be automatically cancelled; and
In any case where a participant violates the rules of the contest, or his obligations to Mybrandz, then the latter is entitled to cancel his/her participation in the contest and/or his win; and
A participant is not allowed to change his user name or Email address details during the contest; and
Mybrandz employees (and any members of their family) are not allowed to participate in the contests; and
Employees (including its PR/Ad/Marketing agencies) (and members of their family), of the Brand to which the specific contest is related, are not allowed to participate in the specific contest; and
By his/her participation, a user declares that s/he knows there may be malfunctions in the operation of the site, access to the internet and any other malfunctions preventing or hindering the performance of the contest or any person from continuously using the site and participating the contest. Therefore, MyBrandz provides no warranty whatsoever, including that the site and/ or contest will operate properly at all times. Any decision made by MyBrandz including announcing the winners shall be final and at MyBrandz sole discretion; and
A participant acknowledges and undertakes that he has no and will have no claim against Mybrandz during the term of any contest or any other time with regards to any contest; and he will not publish any content, which may adversely affect Mybrandz, whether if it is published in Mybrandz website or any other medium. If otherwise done, such participant is obligated to compensate Mybrandz for any damage due to its publication, without Mybrandz need to prove it.
A participant in the contest waives in advance any claim and/or demand and/or law suit against Mybrandz for any reason whatsoever.

MyBrandz is very copyright conscious and will follow a strict notice and remove policy. Therefore, Each participant is responsible for the content of their posting, and by uploading the material; they guarantee that the content they provide is original and that they have the right to use the content for purposes of the respective contest; specifically they guarantee that the content is not owned by a third party from whom they do not have permission to use the content; and
That they freely grant Mybrandz the right to use/edit the content for all advertising/other activities/events, anytime, anywhere, without subsequent participant permission; and
Although you retain the copyright to your postings, Mybrandz will hold a perpetual, royalty free, non revocable fully transferable and sublicenseable non-exclusive license to use, distribute, copy, perform and display the postings including ofro commercial purposes, in perpetuity.
Participants are not allowed to upload the following contents to Mybrandz website:
· Content related to violence
· Content of racist context
· Content of sexual context
· Insulting/harmful content
· Content owned by a third party from whom the participant does not have permission to use the content
All content must be in English.
While Mybrandz does not undertake to monitor any or all of the content it may do so at its sole discretion. If any content, which Mybrandz reasonably considers to be inconsistent with the theme of the contest or of offensive and/or harmful nature or otherwise inappropriate, Mybrandz reserves the right to remove such content. Furthermore, any content which his inappropriate or inconsistent with the theme of the contest content which received ♥, such ♥ will be removed completely.
During the contest it will be possible to grant hearts for the best content, which eventually determines the winner of each contest (based on the amounts of hearts a user received as described above). Therefore, all users who during the content connect to and register with the site www.mybrandz.com will be able to vote (grant hearts) for the users who uploaded the most appealing, original, creative or funny content.
Each user on the site can give only one heart per day. Any duplicates will not be recorded by the site.
Mybrandz is entitled on its sole discretion to cancel any votes (hearts) and or participants, it considers at its sole discretion to be unauthentic and/or forged.
Hearts can be handed out only by real active users. If several users were generated by the same person, or users were registered only for the contest, Mybrandz may cancel those votes/participants on its sole discretion.
It is forbidden to bribe (in any form) other users to make them vote for you.
In any case of malfunction in the voting/hearts scoring system, or unreasonable results, Mybrandz may reset it, based on its sole discretion.
In any case of a draw between two or more participants, Mybrandz will be the final decision maker such decisions to be made by 3 members of MyBrandz Team including the MyBrandz CEO or head of marketing. In selecting the winner, based on its sole discretion
Mybrandz is not responsible and users will have no claim against Mybrandz for any malfunction in receiving hearts or saving it in the system.
If a user gave more than one heart per day, his hearts (all hearts whenever granted) will be automatically disqualified.
Winners for each contest will be declared following verification based on Mybrandz database following a thorough examination to make sure no forgery or other circumventions of the rules has occurred and not only according to the scoring results, which appear in Mybrandz website and in the specific contest page.
Mybrandz is entitled to delete the hearts of a participant who deleted his content.
Content flooding is forbidden. If a user uploads content in un-proportional manners, he will be warned and his participation might be eliminated, based on Mybrandz sole discretion.
Mybrandz is entitled to delete hearts of any participant for any reason whatsoever, based on its sole discretion.
Mybrandz can stop/cancel the contest at any time if any problems arise, or if asked to do it by an external factor.
Hearts which users gained prior to the contest will be counted as well.
After validating the first users who receive 50 heart points in each brand community, the names of the winners will be published, each of whom will win a one share of the brand he uploaded content about.
The winners will be decided by Mybrandz and his/her name will be announced on the site www.mybrandz.com, as well as other websites, together with the content they published. The contest winner will be recognized as the "Brand Freak" (honorary term not meant to be derogatory or offensive in any way) of that specific brand.
The contest winners will be informed by telephone and/or by email (based on their profile details in Mybrandz). Once they have been informed, they must indicate that they accept the prize in writing within one week of being informed of their win.
Contest winners have to sign a declaration that they are the ones who participated in the contest in their own free will and received hearts in a valid/honest way, and that they have no and will have no any claims against Mybrandz for any reason whatsoever.
If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or the potential winner is not entitled to receive the prize, then the potential winner will be disqualified and Mybrandz may on its sole discretion choose another potential winner who will be selected in the original potential winner's place, or not grant the prize at all.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Mybrandz may use winner's name, postings, picture/portrait and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration.
A potential winner may be requested to provide Mybrandz with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry, by providing his/her ID card or any other mean as requested by Mybrandz.
In the event that there is an insufficient number of qualified entries or if Mybrandz team determines in their absolute discretion that no or too few entries meet the quality standards established to award the Prize, Mybrandz reserves the right not to award the Prize. Decisions of MyBrandz are final.
The prize will be awarded to the winners within 120 days of the end of each contest. Nevertheless, Mybrandz keeps its rights to change the prize, the terms for awarding it or the time of its awarding for any reason. Winners will be updated about the changes.
Winning the prize is personal and not transferable. While the prize may be transferred after receipt according to applicable laws, the prize will be awarded to the lawful participant according to these rules. In addition, the prize cannot be changed or replaced, unless approved by Mybrandz, based on its sole discretion.
Mybrandz is entitled not to deliver the prize to any participant who won the prize in criminals/unlawful ways, or s/he is related to such.
Any additional costs related to receiving the prize (including inter alia: tax deduction, opening/managing an account, transfer fees or any other fees) are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Mybrandz Ltd. does not impose any tax; if required by law mybrandz.com reserves the right to deduction at source on the winners
These Terms & Conditions are located at Mybrandz website and may be changed from time to time during the contest or afterwards by Mybrandz.
Participants/potential participants approve and declare that they read these Terms & Conditions and they accept it, and even if haven't read it, these regulations are valid and in force.
Mybrandz is not responsible for any technical malfunctions in any infrastructure means (phone, electricity, connectivity, etc.), which may cause any effects causing problems in participating in the activity.
Activity Duration or changes in it are decided by Mybrandz only.
Mybrandz may stop/cancel/change the activity for any reason, based on its sole discretion, including: contest time and duration, prizes and/or any other definition related to the contest.
Mybrandz is the final decision maker for any questions, issues arising related to the activity, whether appearing in the regulations or not.
Mybrandz is not responsible for any damage to participants, due to their involvement in the activity and/or winning the prize.
Contest is void if the Mybrandz Team seems insufficient the effort makes in order to fulfill the rules of it.
This activity requires skill of its participants. It is a contest based on creating content, which is then scored by other users.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MYBRANDZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Any conflict between these rules and the Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, the latter will prevail.
Nothing to the contrary having any effect the terms herein are governed by and subject to and shall be construed at all times according to the laws of the state of Israel without regard to its conflict of laws principals. Any and all disputes arising out of or with respect to or in connection with the contest and/or the rules herein shall be brought to the court of competent jurisdiction in Tel Aviv and the courts in Tel Aviv are hereby granted by all parties exclusive jurisdiction.
